Qualifications/Experience:

• Valid California licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, especially with K–12 students
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and families
• Passion for fostering inclusive and effective learning environments
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload across multiple grade levels
• Organized, flexible, and positive attitude

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services under the supervision of an SLP
• Assist in developing, modifying, and adapting materials for individual student needs
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Support the implementation of IEP goals
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other educational professionals
• Provide generalization and carryover support for students across classroom environments
