School-Based SLPA | Marion County, AL | 40+/Hour

Soliant is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant to join a school district in Marion County, Alabama for the 2026–2027 school year.

This is a full-time, onsite opportunity for an SLPA interested in supporting students with their speech and language goals while working alongside an experienced school-based team.

**Job Details:**
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday–Friday
- Onsite position
- Multiple school locations as needed
- Weekly W-2 pay starting at $40/hour
- Guaranteed hours

**Qualifications:**
- Active Alabama SLPA license
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders, Speech and Hearing Sciences, or related field
- Previous school experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
