As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA), you’ll provide essential support to school-aged children, helping them unlock their communication potential and achieve their educational goals under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist. This full-time, onsite opportunity offers a rewarding chance to collaborate with dedicated school staff and make a real impact each day.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Georgia SLPA license and/or all required state certifications
  • Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to support speech and language services under the guidance of an SLP
  • Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills
  • Commitment to a 37.5-hour full-time schedule, Monday through Friday throughout the school year

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of individualized and group speech/language therapy services as directed by the supervising SLP
  • Implement evidence-based treatment plans and support student-specific goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress
  • Adhere to school and district policies and participate in ongoing professional development
