Key Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree from a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or a Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active California SLPA license required
- Previous school-based experience is a plus, though motivated new graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Collaborative spirit and reliability in a team-based environment
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students under the supervision of an SLP
- Implement individualized therapy plans targeting a range of communication needs
- Assist with assessments, data collection, and documentation of student progress
