Your day will typically run from approximately 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM, allowing for a work-life balance while making meaningful contributions during the full school year. Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA license and credentials recognized in California
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and families
- Proactive, adaptable approach to varying caseloads and campus schedules
- Excellent organization and time management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Assist with screening and assessment as appropriate
- Support implementation of IEP goals and communication strategies
- Document student progress and maintain required records
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment for diverse learners
- Communicate regularly with supervising professionals and contribute to team meetings
