Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Hayward, CA

Your day will typically run from approximately 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM, allowing for a work-life balance while making meaningful contributions during the full school year. Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid SLPA license and credentials recognized in California
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and families
• Proactive, adaptable approach to varying caseloads and campus schedules
• Excellent organization and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Assist with screening and assessment as appropriate
• Support implementation of IEP goals and communication strategies
• Document student progress and maintain required records
• Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment for diverse learners
• Communicate regularly with supervising professionals and contribute to team meetings
