Key Qualifications:

  • Active or pending Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license required by the time of interview
  • Open to entry level SLPAs, including recent graduates
  • Passion for serving in an educational setting and supporting student development
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Carry out speech and language therapy activities as directed by supervising SLPs
  • Provide direct support to students in individual or small group settings
  • Track student progress and maintain detailed documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to promote student achievement
  • Contribute to IEP process through data collection and supportive input
