Key Qualifications:

  • Valid SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) license or certification required
  • Prior experience in a school setting or with school-age populations preferred
  • Flexible availability for full-time or part-time scheduling
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Experience supporting IEP documentation and progress tracking is a plus
  • Passion for empowering students with speech and language challenges

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver direct speech-language interventions under supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Support students individually or in small groups to address communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and the student support team to maximize progress
  • Assist with developing materials and activities tailored to individual learning goals
  • Document and track student progress; contribute to IEP documentation as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development sessions
  • Foster an inclusive, encouraging environment for all students
