School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Helix, Oregon

Key Qualifications:

• Current, valid SLPA license or certification
• Previous experience working in schools or with school-aged children preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement speech/language intervention programs as developed by supervising SLPs
• Work one-on-one or in small groups to build communication, articulation, and language skills
• Assist in collecting and charting student data to track progress
• Prepare and organize materials for therapy sessions
• Communicate clearly with teachers, families, and staff about student progress and needs
• Support the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as needed
• Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
