Key Qualifications:
- Current, valid SLPA license or certification
- Previous experience working in schools or with school-aged children preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to follow therapeutic plans as directed by a supervising SLP

- Adaptability and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary educational team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement speech/language intervention programs as developed by supervising SLPs
- Work one-on-one or in small groups to build communication, articulation, and language skills
- Assist in collecting and charting student data to track progress
- Prepare and organize materials for therapy sessions
- Communicate clearly with teachers, families, and staff about student progress and needs
- Support the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as needed
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
