Key Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license (Virginia or eligible for reciprocity)
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Speech Language Pathologists to deliver therapy services to students
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under SLP supervision
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Support communication goals, both one-on-one and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote student success
