Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant for the upcoming 2026/2027 school year. In this contract position, you’ll work onsite at a dedicated elementary school, assisting students in reaching their speech and language goals. Guided by a licensed Speech Language Pathologist, you will help deliver therapy services, implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, and partner closely with both educators and support staff—all within a collaborative school environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Hold an active Georgia SLPA license or appropriate state certification
  • Experience in school-based settings is highly valued
  • Demonstrated ability to follow SLP-led treatment plans
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Effective communicator with team members, students, and families
  • Ready to commit to a full-time, onsite role (37.5 hours/week, Monday–Friday) for the entire school year

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language support under SLP supervision
  • Assist in creating and implementing student treatment plans
  • Track and maintain accurate records of student progress
  • Collaborate with school staff to support students’ education and therapy goals
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the IEP process as needed
  • Maintain compliance with district and state protocols
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for students
