Exciting opportunity for Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) to contribute their expertise and passion to students for the 2026/2027 academic year. This full-time, onsite contract position involves providing direct services under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist. In this role, you will:
Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold an active Georgia SLPA license and/or required state certification
- Bring experience working in school settings (preferred)
- Demonstrate proficiency supporting speech and language goals under SLP supervision (preferred)
- Possess strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Be available to work full-time, Monday–Friday (37.5 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language support services onsite to students as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Implement treatment plans and document student progress as directed by supervising SLP
- Support students’ individualized communication goals and participate in IEP meetings when needed
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to promote student success
- Ensure compliance with district and state guidelines and maintain accurate records
