Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid SLPA license or certification (required)
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly desirable
• Ability to implement therapy plans under SLP supervision

• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working with students individually and in small groups

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in executing individualized education plans (IEPs)

• Collect data and record student progress to assist in ongoing assessment
• Prepare therapy materials and contribute to lesson planning
• Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and staff regarding student needs and progress
