Qualifications:

• Current, active North Carolina SLPA license required
• Previous experience in school settings, including work with elementary, middle, or high school caseloads, is preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Commitment to onsite work in an engaging, team-based environment

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, direct support to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans and interventions
• Collect and document data on student progress towards communication goals
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to foster a supportive learning environment
• Travel to assigned school sites as needed within the district
