Qualifications/Experience Sought:

• Current certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Previous school-based experience or a strong interest in pediatric speech and language services
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with teachers, families, and other professionals
• Ability to adapt to a variety of student needs and educational settings
• Organizational skills to manage documentation and caseloads efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language interventions to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Assist in implementing educational plans tailored to each student’s communication goals
• Conduct screenings and track progress in accordance with established IEPs
• Maintain accurate and timely records, reporting outcomes as required
• Communicate collaboratively with team members and participate in IEP meetings when appropriate
