Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license or eligibility in the state
- Experience in elementary school settings preferred
- Skill working with students across grades 1 through 5
- Understanding of school-based speech therapy programs

- Adaptability to support diverse learning needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Support students in 1st–5th grade with individualized or group interventions
- Assist with screening, assessment, and progress data collection
- Implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals set by the SLP
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication needs in the classroom
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to team meetings
