School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Indianapolis, IN

Key Qualifications:

• Active SLPA credential in the state or eligibility for Indiana SLPA licensure
• Previous experience working with K-12 students preferred, though recent graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage students, staff, and families
• Ability to implement therapy plans under the supervision of a certified SLP
• Flexibility, reliability, and enthusiasm for working in school environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Carry out speech and language therapy activities as directed by supervising SLP
• Support students’ individual education plans (IEPs) by providing direct and indirect services
• Record and maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to contribute to student success
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
