Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – Full Time/Full School Year | Thermal, CA (Coachella Valley USD)

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, full school year position with Coachella Valley Unified School District in Thermal, California for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a strong opportunity for candidates interested in a longer-term assignment with potential itinerant responsibilities across sites.

Position Details:

• Discipline: Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Schedule: Full Time / Full School Year (FSY) 2026–2027
• Hourly Pay: $30–$40/hour depending on experience
• Location: Onsite (Thermal, CA area)
• Travel: Open to travel candidates; must commit to longer than a one-year assignment

Caseload & Setting:

• K–12 population (most likely PreK emphasis)
• Mild to moderate needs with some severe needs students
• Some AAC device support required
• Possible itinerant role across sites

Assignment Details:

• Start: 2026–2027 school year
• Supervision provided via tele-SLPs
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Experience with SEIS and Paradigm preferred
• Certificate of Clearance (COC) required
