Desired background and qualifications:

• Valid SLPA license for California (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students under supervision according to IEP goals and treatment plans
• Assist SLPs in screening, assessment, and documentation
• Maintain accurate records of sessions and student progress
• Support SLPs in preparation of materials and implementation of activities
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster student success
• Follow school policies and professional standards
