Exciting opportunities await Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants seeking a contract position in a supportive educational setting near Jacksonville, FL. Two full-time positions are available for dedicated SLPA professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of students.

For the first role, you’ll partner with a virtual SLP to facilitate speech services on-site, providing essential support to students and ensuring seamless delivery of care. The second position involves managing a traditional caseload and delivering direct speech therapy to students. Both roles offer the chance to work closely with a school-based team in an engaging, collaborative environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Current, active Florida DOH SLPA licensure is required
  • Prior hands-on experience in a school setting as an SLPA is preferred
  • Completion of Florida school district fingerprinting is mandatory (prior prints through the AHCA Clearinghouse may be verified to expedite the process)
  • Strong ability to collaborate with both in-person and remote clinical staff
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support a virtual SLP or provide direct services within an assigned school
  • Deliver high-quality speech therapy interventions for a diverse caseload
  • Maintain thorough session documentation and comply with school and state guidelines
  • Work with educators and family members to promote student success
  • Assist in implementing individualized education goals and tracking progress

In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll work 35 hours per week through May 28, 2026, with a targeted hourly rate of $35–$40. The credentialing process is streamlined for candidates ready to start promptly.
