Key Qualifications:
- Active Florida Department of Health SLPA license required
- Minimum 2 years SLPA experience (including at least 6 months in a school setting)
- Ability to complete time-sensitive credentialing (fingerprinting and JLA badge process)
- Willingness to work full-time, on-site in a K-12 educational environment
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech services to assigned caseload as part of the educational team
- Support student communication needs per individualized plans
- Accurately document student progress and maintain compliance with school policies
- Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and families for student success
