Qualifications:

• Active SLPA licensure and good standing
• Bilingual proficiency required to effectively serve diverse student populations
• Previous experience working in a school environment as an SLPA

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals and district guidelines
• Conduct speech and language screenings and assist with assessments as directed
• Implement therapy plans and document student progress
• Collaborate with educational teams and participate in planning meetings
• Communicate with families and caregivers, supporting carryover of skills in home environments
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all state, federal, and district policies
