What you bring:

  • Active SLPA certification and licensure in Texas
  • Previous experience providing school-based speech and language services preferred
  • Bilingual fluency required to support diverse student populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families

Key responsibilities:

  • Carry out therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Deliver direct and indirect services to students in individual or group settings
  • Assist with screenings, data collection, and progress monitoring
  • Prepare and organize materials for therapy
  • Adapt activities and approaches for bilingual students to maximize effectiveness
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records
  • Support IEP goals and participate in team meetings as needed
