Speech Pathologist Assistant in John Day, OR

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering direct and indirect speech/language therapy services under the guidance of a remote SLP
• Collaborating with educational teams to promote students’ communication success
• Supporting the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Traveling between school locations as part of an itinerant schedule
• Maintaining accurate records of sessions and student progress
• Communicating effectively with staff, students, and families

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in school-based settings as an SLPA
• Up-to-date SLPA licensure
• Comfort working with a remote supervising SLP
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility and adaptability for traveling between sites
• Dedication to student-centered, inclusive practices
