Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid SLPA licensure and credentials, meeting state requirements for school-based practice
- Understanding of best practices in speech and language interventions for children and adolescents
- Experience in educational settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Ability to provide both direct and indirect services in collaboration with supervising SLPs
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality speech and language therapy sessions as prescribed by supervising Speech-Language Pathologists
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and intervention outcomes
- Participate in IEP team meetings and follow prescribed therapy plans
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment for student growth and learning
- Coordinate with educational staff and provide support to ensure integrated service delivery
