Key Qualifications:
- Credentials and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Experience working in school settings and/or healthcare environments as an SLPA
- Competence in serving students from early childhood through elementary grades
- Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
- Collaborative spirit, organizational skills, and a passion for fostering student growth
Role Responsibilities:
- Support SLPs in planning and delivering speech-language therapy to preschool–6th grade students
- Implement treatment plans to address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
- Assist with screenings, assessments, daily therapy sessions, and progress documentation
- Foster an inclusive learning environment for bilingual and diverse learners
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for seamless student support
