Key Qualifications:

• Credentials and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Experience working in school settings and/or healthcare environments as an SLPA
• Competence in serving students from early childhood through elementary grades
• Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
• Collaborative spirit, organizational skills, and a passion for fostering student growth

Role Responsibilities:

• Support SLPs in planning and delivering speech-language therapy to preschool–6th grade students
• Implement treatment plans to address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Assist with screenings, assessments, daily therapy sessions, and progress documentation
• Foster an inclusive learning environment for bilingual and diverse learners
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families for seamless student support
