Key Qualifications:
- Hold active state SLPA licensure
- Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children, particularly in educational settings
- Proficiency in sign language (conversational ability required)
- Flexibility to work across both middle and high school campuses
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
- Commitment to upholding high ethical and professional standards
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to students with speech and communication needs under the guidance of a supervising SLP
- Collaborate closely with special education teams and classroom teachers
- Implement individualized student intervention plans and document progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluations as needed
- Foster a welcoming, inclusive learning environment for all students
