Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Katy, TX

Exciting contract opportunities are available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants in vibrant elementary school settings near the Katy, TX area. Several positions are open, including:

• Three elementary school SLP roles
• Two SLP maternity leave coverage positions for the entire Spring semester
  Areas served include East Katy (between Highway 6 and 99 north of I-10) and Northwest Katy (west of 99, north of I-10). All positions require onsite presence.

Preferred candidates will have:

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for 2, 3, 4, or 5-day schedules
• Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates considered, with preference for 5-day availability
• Experience or interest in elementary school settings
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as SLPA or SLP

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing direct therapy services to students with diverse speech and language needs
• Developing and implementing IEPs in coordination with school teams
• Administering assessments and documenting student progress
• Engaging in multidisciplinary collaboration to support student success
• Participating in school-based meetings as a contributing professional
