Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid SLPA licensure or certification as recognized by the state
• Experience working with elementary-aged children (1st–5th grade preferred)
• Basic knowledge of expressive and receptive language development
• Ability to implement speech and language goals under supervision of an SLP
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for working with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language support services to students in 1st through 5th grade, following treatment plans developed by a supervising SLP
• Assist with documentation of student progress and maintain accurate service records
• Collaborate with general education and special education teachers to adapt classroom materials and strategies to support communication needs
• Participate in team meetings and share observations regarding student progress
• Support the implementation of group and individual interventions as assigned
