Preferred Background and Skills:

• Hold valid SLPA licensure or certification
• Prior experience with elementary-aged students preferred
• Ability to implement individualized therapy activities as directed by a supervising SLP
• Skilled at providing support across 1st to 5th grade classrooms
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
• Adaptable and motivated to help students reach academic and social benchmarks

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist with speech and language intervention in both individual and small-group settings
• Carry out and document student progress under supervision and direction
• Work closely with teachers and other staff to promote integrated support
• Prepare therapy materials and help create engaging activities tailored to each grade level
• Participate in meetings, training, and ongoing professional development
