Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Keller, TX

Step into a full-time opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) supporting students in a vibrant school community. This contract position, running onsite from ASAP through May 25, 2027, provides a rewarding chance to make a meaningful difference every day. With a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 am to approximately 4:30 pm, you’ll be serving a caseload of around 85 students, working collaboratively to help them reach their communication goals.

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Hold valid credentials as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
• Previous experience in a school setting as an SLPA is required (minimum one year)
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to thrive in a team environment and take direction from supervising SLP
• Organized, adaptable, and committed to providing high-quality therapy

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver speech therapy services to students under direct supervision of a licensed SLP
• Support individualized education plans (IEPs) through targeted interventions
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and school activities as needed
