You’ll work alongside a collaborative team to deliver direct and indirect services to students, with guaranteed hours and dedicated focus during contracted time—no extra duties like bus or parent pick-up required.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLPA licensure (or eligibility) in Nebraska
- Previous experience supporting students in school-based settings preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication abilities
- Knowledge of best practices for speech and language interventions in educational environments
- Ability to document student progress and adapt interventions as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Carry out therapy activities and interventions designed by supervising Speech Language Pathologists
- Support student communication goals through individual or small-group sessions
- Prepare materials, maintain records, and track student progress
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student development
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and ethical guidelines
This position provides the structure and support that traveling professionals value. Travel therapists may be eligible for stipends. Compensation covers both direct and indirect services for your dedicated hours.
