Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid licensure or certification to practice as an SLPA in Washington State
- Prior experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong understanding of speech and language development
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient with digital platforms for virtual supervision and documentation
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to students under the guidance of a virtual SLP supervisor
- Support students' speech and language goals in alignment with IEPs and district guidelines
- Collect and document data on student progress accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all student interactions
- Participate in team meetings and training as needed
