Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid licensure or certification to practice as an SLPA in Washington State
  • Prior experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Strong understanding of speech and language development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficient with digital platforms for virtual supervision and documentation

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to students under the guidance of a virtual SLP supervisor
  • Support students' speech and language goals in alignment with IEPs and district guidelines
  • Collect and document data on student progress accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all student interactions
  • Participate in team meetings and training as needed
