Desired Skills & Experience:

• Valid SLPA license or eligibility in the state of Washington
• Previous experience working with children or in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with implementing speech and language therapy activities as directed
• Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
• Organizational skills and attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assist the supervising SLP in documenting student progress and gathering data
• Prepare therapy materials and adapt activities to meet student needs
• Support students’ communication goals in small groups and classroom environments
• Communicate effectively with staff and families regarding student progress
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities
