Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active SLPA license or eligibility in Washington State
  • Experience working with students in educational settings (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to follow lesson plans and carry out therapy activities as guided by supervising SLP
  • Positive, flexible, and compassionate approach with diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support delivery of speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a certified SLP
  • Prepare materials and assist with student assessments
  • Document student progress and participate in team meetings as required
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to foster effective communication in the classroom
  • Maintain compliance with state and district guidelines
