Key Qualifications:
- Active California SLPA license required
- Minimum of 3 months’ experience as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in a school environment
- Comfort working with young learners (TK-5)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Spanish bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
- Eagerness to connect and align with the supervising SLP to ensure a great partnership
Responsibilities You’ll Take On:
- Provide speech and language support services to elementary-aged students as directed by the lead SLP
- Collect data and document student progress
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment for language growth
- Prepare materials and adapt activities to tailor to each student’s needs

- Adhere to all district- and state-level policies and procedures
