Qualifications and Desired Skills:

  • Valid SLPA license or eligibility in the state
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with certified Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver targeted therapy and support
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
  • Provide direct intervention services under supervision, both one-on-one and in group settings
  • Monitor, document, and report student progress
  • Engage with families and educators to support students' speech and language goals
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice
