Skills & Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current SLPA license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Previous experience or clinical practicum in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse student populations
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect therapy services to support students’ individualized education plans (IEPs) under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
• Implement therapy activities that target articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
• Collect data and document student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support student needs
• Assist with creating and organizing instructional materials
• Participate in team meetings and professional development
