Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current SLPA state licensure (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Experience in school-based or healthcare settings supporting children with diverse speech and language needs.
  • Ability to implement therapeutic interventions as directed by a supervising SLP.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
  • Work directly with students to support individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Assist in administering screening tools and documenting student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to promote student development.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of all sessions and interventions.
  • Adapt therapy activities to meet a variety of student needs in both individual and group settings.
