Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLPA license in California
- Prior experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language services
- Ability to collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and related staff
- Familiarity with implementing therapy plans and data collection
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work under the supervision of a licensed SLP to provide direct therapy to students
- Implement individual and small group speech-language interventions
- Support the assessment process by preparing materials and assisting with screenings
- Keep accurate records on student progress and session outcomes
- Communicate regularly with supervising SLP and educational teams
- Participate in school or district meetings, training, and continuing education as requested
