Key Qualifications:

• Active SLPA license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience implementing treatment plans as directed by a licensed SLP
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and families
• Proficient documentation and recordkeeping skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Work directly with students to carry out therapy activities and interventions
• Collect and document data on student progress and participation
• Prepare therapy materials and maintain an organized workspace
• Communicate effectively with school teams, families, and supervising SLP
• Support classroom integration of speech and language goals
• Participate in professional development and training activities
