Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Washington state SLPA license (required)
- Previous experience supporting Speech-Language Pathologists in school environments strongly preferred
- Comfortably manage a diverse, K-12 caseload
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Adaptable and proactive approach to collaborating with educators, families, and students
- Open to travel candidates with the appropriate licensure
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language support services as directed by supervising SLP
- Implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collect, track, and maintain accurate documentation on student progress
- Assist in the preparation of therapy materials and activities
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning when appropriate
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
