School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Lancaster, Texas

Your key qualifications and expertise:

• Current SLPA licensure in Texas
• Experience working within school settings, preferably K-12
• Ability to deliver both direct and indirect speech/language therapy services
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Commitment to supporting diverse learners and collaborating effectively with school teams

Your role will include:

• Providing direct intervention and implementing IEPs under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Delivering indirect therapy and collaborating with teachers and support staff for student success
• Tracking progress and maintaining accurate documentation
• Engaging and motivating students in activities designed to support their communication goals
• Attending required team meetings and supporting the speech therapy process across a caseload
