School Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) | Lancaster, Texas

We are seeking a Spanish-bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, onsite contract position. This rewarding role provides the opportunity to work closely with students and contribute to their communication and educational growth from ASAP through late May 2027.

Key Qualifications:

• Active SLPA license required
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish is essential
• Previous school-based experience is strongly preferred
• Able to collaborate effectively with speech-language pathologists, educators, and families
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to working onsite for the entire duration of the contract

Core Responsibilities:

• Support speech-language therapy sessions under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Implement activities and exercises as outlined in students’ IEPs
• Assist with documentation of services, data collection, and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with SLPs and teachers to support student success
• Help in developing instructional materials tailored to students’ language needs
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment
