Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Completion of an accredited SLPA program and current SLPA licensure.
• Previous experience working with children, ideally within a school or pediatric setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to different grade levels (K-8) and tailor interventions.
• Familiarity with implementing treatment plans under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in delivering speech-language therapy to students in individual and small group sessions.
• Carry out therapy activities as planned and supervised by the lead SLP.
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in IEP meetings as required and provide input regarding student performance.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication success.
• Help foster a welcoming and supportive classroom environment.
