Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting specific goals
- Provide engaging and effective therapy sessions within the school setting
- Carefully monitor and document each student’s progress
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and fellow clinicians to ensure coordinated, multidisciplinary care
- Involve and educate families throughout the therapy process for greater student success
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution (required)
- Active or eligible state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or SLPA
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in SLP (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in a pediatric or educational setting is highly regarded
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
