Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district in Lewiston, Idaho for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity to work alongside licensed Speech-Language Pathologists while helping students develop essential communication skills.

Job Details

• Full-time, onsite position
• 2026-2027 school year
• Caseload of approximately 50 to 60 students
• Some higher-needs students may be included
• Competitive hourly pay: $35 to $42 per hour
• Weekly pay

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Implement treatment plans and therapy activities
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and school staff
• Assist with classroom communication support and carryover activities

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program
• Active Idaho SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
