Qualifications:
- Current SLPA credential or state licensure
- Experience supporting students in a school setting preferred
- Ability to collaborate with SLPs, educators, and families
- Healthcare or pediatric background a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, student-centered approach
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech and language services as supervised by a licensed SLP
- Support IEP implementation and document student progress
- Assist in conducting screenings, assessments, and evaluations
- Prepare and maintain therapy materials and records
- Work effectively with teachers and support staff to facilitate student success
- Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
