We are seeking Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) for contract assignments with a schedule of 37.5 hours per week, onsite at school facilities for the 2026-2027 academic year. Essential Skills and Experience

  • Current, active North Carolina SLPA license required
  • Experience working with school-age children preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to follow treatment plans designed by supervising SLPs
  • Adaptable and organized in dynamic school settings
  • Motivated to encourage student achievement and progress

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Support assessments and contribute to IEP implementation for students with speech and language needs
  • Track student progress and maintain detailed records
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families as needed
  • Adapt therapy techniques for individual and small group sessions
  • Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
