Qualifications:

  • Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
  • Experience working with K-12th grade students preferred
  • Familiarity with delivering speech-language therapy in an educational setting
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to take direction and collaborate with an onsite SLP
  • Capable of managing documentation and data tracking for a full caseload

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students under SLP supervision
  • Develop and implement therapy activities targeting individual goals
  • Maintain timely and accurate session notes, progress reports, and required documentation
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support student progress
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
