Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Lone Tree, CO

We are seeking three skilled Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for contract roles beginning August 12, 2026, through May 28, 2027. Two full-time positions (37.5 hours/week) are available, each splitting time between elementary and middle school settings, while the part-time role (three days a week) offers the chance to serve both middle and high school students. All positions are housed within a single building daily for convenience and consistency.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Colorado SLPA license is required
• Prior school-based SLPA experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Comfortable working across various age groups (elementary to high school)
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads and adapt therapy strategies

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for speech-language services as directed by supervising SLP
• Carry out direct therapy and implement individualized plans for students
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and assist with IEP-related activities
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student needs
• Engage actively in school functions, meetings, and professional development opportunities
