You will be dedicated to providing high-quality speech-language services while helping to manage and alleviate the caseload for the primary SLP—ensuring students receive the attention and support they deserve.
Key Qualifications:
- SLPA or SLP license valid in Massachusetts
- Previous experience within a school setting strongly preferred

Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the primary SLP by implementing treatment plans and carrying out direct speech-language therapy with students
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to monitor student progress and document outcomes
- Assist in preparing materials and maintaining accurate records
- Attend meetings and contribute to developing individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Promote a positive, encouraging atmosphere for growth and learning
