Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) working full time with an elementary caseload from September 14th through December 23rd. This engaging position runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. You’ll play an essential role in helping students reach their communication goals in a supportive school setting near Lynn, MA.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active SLPA license or certification
  • Previous experience working in a school environment preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to follow treatment plans developed by supervising SLPs
  • Passion for supporting children’s speech and language development

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students as outlined by supervising speech-language pathologists
  • Assist with screenings, assessments, and progress monitoring under the supervision of an SLP
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and session notes
  • Support the integration of therapy goals within classroom and school routines
  • Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere for students of varied backgrounds and needs
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families as needed
