Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Madera, CA

Make a positive impact in an elementary school setting, supporting young learners as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). Desired Qualifications:

• Active California SLPA license (required)
• Minimum of 3 months previous experience as an SLPA in a school environment
• Familiarity with elementary (TK-5) caseloads
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, though not mandatory
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement speech and language programs tailored for elementary students under SLP supervision
• Assist in conducting group or one-on-one language therapy sessions
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to coordinate services and support students’ development
• Adapt interventions based on student response and supervisory input
