Key Qualifications:
- Current SLPA license required
- Previous experience in K-12 school settings highly valued
- Comfort with elementary-level caseloads (around 60-80 students)
- Familiarity with evaluations (Evals), participation in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings
- Ability to deliver group and individual therapy sessions
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students as directed by supervising SLP
- Support in conducting and documenting evaluations and assessments
- Participate in ARD meetings and contribute to process documentation
- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for students across a single campus
- Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with educational standards
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to facilitate student success
