Speech-Language Pathology Assistant – School-Based Position (Manassas, VA)

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, school-based position in a year-round special education day school located in Manassas, VA. This role is available for the full school year and offers a consistent schedule in a supportive educational environment.

Schedule:

Full-time position
Hours: 8:45 AM – 2:30 PM
Year-round special education day school setting
Full school year assignment 

Compensation:

Hourly rate range: $32–$44/hour, based on experience

In this role, you will:

Support speech-language pathologists in delivering therapy services
Implement treatment plans under supervision
Assist with documentation and progress tracking
Work with students in a specialized day school setting
Collaborate with educational and therapy teams

Qualifications:

Active SLPA license in Virginia (or eligibility to obtain)
School-based experience preferred
Experience in special education settings preferred
